Maybe I should add that after I encountered the problem for the first time I have uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. That didn't change anything though. And now it's working OK without me doing anything special.

Hi Lars, I haven't changed anything. There has been an update from IOS 13.2.2 to 13.2.3 but that didn't solve the problem. Development let me know that they were going to fix the NOTAM problem on December 4th. And when I started the app on the evening of December 4th everything worked again. Best regards.

Hi Etienne, thank you for your feedback. Was there anything you have changed or did you just restart it?

Hi Lars, this issue seems to be fixed now. I see again the notams both for a flight as well as for airports.

Thanks Lars. I have also contacted support and they can reproduce the problem. They promised to look into it but not that they will fix it given the pending sunset of the appllication. If they don't fix it soon, I propose that Jeppesen simply pays us back our subscription fee for the last two months as the app will then effectively have stopped at least 2 months earlier than planned (and payed for). Best regards.

Hello Etienne,

let me check back with the developer team and see if we can reproduce the situation you encountered. Can you give me some details what iPad did you use? and the team might come back to you with some more detailed question to investigate.

Thank you.

Well,.. maybe. I am running IOS 13.2.2 now and MFDVFR 2.4.1 and on the WX/NOTAM page of a flight the app keeps "Fetching NOTAMs for this flight..." forever.Nevertheless at the bottom of that same page it shows that both WEATHER en NOTAMs have recently been downloaded. Also on the NAVLOG page wind information for each leg is missing. In addition to that the app just disappears and restarts automatically rather frequently. During the time it was up I have been able to see that the weather and wind overlays on the map page do display and that I can see METARs en TAFs for a specific airport by requesting airport details on the map page. NOTAMs however are not present there either: it says "Updating NOTAMs..." forever.

So my question now is: "What have you been testing?"
